OUR APPROACH
IS FAR FROM

ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL

INSTEAD,

we invest time in

assessing, planning, and executing

projects that ensure lasting change.

WE ACT AS

png_edited.png

Think of us as matchmakers for good deeds.

Our team travels across the Dominican Republic visiting the most secluded and resource-challenged communities to sit down with community leaders and asks a simple question:

"How can we best serve you?"

Once we know their needs, our team plans out projects alongside them and returns to the community several times to gather all project details, estimate costs, security assessments, and agreements on how the community can best contribute. This whole process can take anywhere from  2-4 months.

Once our DR counterparts gather all the needed information, it is socialized to our U.S. Team which proceeds by making a finalized Plan of Action. This document serves as a detailed roadmap breaking down the different facets of our projects.

This system is our unique way of connecting a resource-challenged community with individuals who are willing and ready to serve.

OUR TEAM

is diverse and made up of both

American and Dominican counterparts.
